Computer Classes

  • When: Tuesday, April 22, 2014 - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
    Where: Meeting Room, 2nd Floor

    In this hands-on workshop learn basic set-up, features, and functions. Bring your iPad and Apple ID password. Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.

  • When: Wednesday, April 30, 2014 - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
    Where: Meeting Room, 2nd Floor

    Learn some of Excel's more intermediate features including working with tables, pivot tables, illustrations group, and intermediate formulas & functions. Prerequisite: Experience with Excel.

    Learn how to prepare a simple presentation, create and edit slides, and run a slide show. Prerequisite: Experience with the mouse/keyboard and Microsoft Windows.

    Learn the basics of Twitter! In this two hour class, you’ll learn how to find people to follow and how to search for information about your interests. Prerequisites: Must be comfortable using a keyboard and mouse.

    Technology users of all skill levels are invited to join the new Tech Talk discussion group on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Led by a library staff member, each discussion will highlight a new technology trend, and useful tips will be shared. Please join us!
