The library offers:
A meeting room which seats up to 110 adults and has a mini-kitchen
A board room which seats 10 around a conference table and can accommodate up to 14 in the room
Great news, we have a new online room reservation form. Here are a few simple steps to get started.
Step 1: Create an account with your name, email, and password. If you do not have an email, please call (630) 887-8760 ext. 245. You will use this login information to request a meeting space, check the status on a request, and join an organization.
Step 2: After you create your account, you will need to request to join an organization located under the My Account tab in the top right corner. Hover over Organizations on the left side and select an organization from the drop down list. If you do not see your organization or business listed, please call 630-887-8760 ext. 245 to have it added. Your request will need to be approved by administration staff.
Step 3: Search for a space for your meeting by time and date. You will be able see the available spaces for the time slot listed in order of capacity. Once you pick a space, fill out the form including the purpose for the meeting. Administration will need to approve your request once it has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email for your reservation. If there is fee a associated with your booking,you will have the option to pay online or in person.

Conference rooms are available in both the Adult Services Department and the Kids & Teens Department. IPPL cardholders can reserve a room for up to 2 hours at a time, up to one month in advance.
